“SU BICCU” Sardinia Vermentino D.O.C.
“Su Biccu” is the fourth handkerchief that makes up the complex headgear of the female gala costume of Sennori, a small town in the North of Sardinia, where this Vermentino is born. Made of linen or white cotton embroidered, it’s particularly starched and folded.
This wine is a marvel for the palate. Delicately fruity with a hint of the Mediterranean maquis which preserves the aroma of its aromatic herbs.
Dry, sumptuously sapid and mineral-dipped with salty water given to it by the magic of sea breezes. All for a long finish of taste and fragrance balance.
OUR SOMMELIER SAYS
“I am biased in the sense that I am particularly ‘in love with’ these two sisters… but please believe me, this wine is really a small rarity, moreover produced in very limited quantities and for the first time ever this year, which you must not do escape.
You can enjoy it, give it to someone… I can assure you that in any case you, or someone for you, will be amazed about it.
And so, want we talk about the beauty of the label and the deep meaning related to the history of the territory where this wine comes from?!
A typical example of true territoriality.”
