Soft pressing of Chardonnay grapes. After a long fermentation in French oak barrels virgins, it continues its stabilization process in the wood again for 4/5 months. The staying in barrels allows bottling wine cellar without further processing.

The result is a full bodied wine.

“It’s a fat, opulent wine with intense and marked scents of ripe fruit, tropical fruit, vanilla, butter. In the mouth the body is full and accompanied by a great smoothness balanced by good acidity. It’s a wine almost pandering and persuasive. For white full bodied wines lovers and for pairing with seafood processed or roasted white meats.”
