OUR SOMMELIER SAYS
“Perhaps I may not be totally unbiased about this wine because I love Pinot Nero and the sparkling classic method produced with Pinot Nero in purity. I also love this territory, which shows with wines like this to not fear comparisons with nobody from the “sparkling wine point of view”. Not surprisingly, the father of the current owners was one of the founders of the Consortium: this Pinot Noir Classic Method is really an expression of great finesse and elegance, with full complexity both to the nose and to the taste, combined with an excellent minerality and a beautiful view beading.
Wine is usually get on market after at least 5 years on yeast … and the results are seen.
Try it, try it! Great value for money, among other things!”
